MESAI’s Production module collects and analyzes real-time data to optimize manufacturing efficiency with AI. Using a standard webservice, it ingests stream or event data, validating it with DataClean before storing it in a time-series database. Flow Discovery algorithms identify the production flow and generate diagrams, while Piece Discovery assigns data to each part, building its full history. It allows management of plants, lines, and assets, making production control easier. The manufacturing order system integrates with external ERPs via API. A visual dashboard displays KPIs like OEE, cycle time, or throughput, enhanced by AI-based recommendations. MESAI Bot enables natural language queries, automatic KPI generation, and access to documentation—making production management smarter and more agile.
Maintenance
MESAI’s Maintenance module optimizes asset management and minimizes failures using AI and real-time data. Through a standard webservice, it ingests operational data in stream or event format, validating it with DataClean before storing it in a time-series database. It enables the creation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, defining tasks, resources, and estimated times. Its maintenance order system streamlines scheduling, staff assignment, and execution control, with views in calendar or list formats. It integrates anomaly detection models that analyze equipment data to predict failures and recommend corrective actions. Quality
MESAI’s Quality module allows you to define, record, and analyze quality controls in production, integrating AI to detect defects early. It facilitates the setup of metrological and aesthetic tests, allowing you to set tolerances and inspection criteria. It manages specific controls for the first piece, ensuring validation before starting mass production. Each quality control is recorded and linked to the corresponding part, enabling analysis of the relationship between production parameters and defects. MESAI was founded with a clear mission: to democratize Artificial Intelligence in manufacturing.
Our roots are in Datision, an industrial AI company with over 10 years of experience, where we developed advanced solutions for large enterprises. However, we’ve always believed that AI should be for everyone. SMEs were being left out of this revolution due to high costs and complex implementation. At MESAI, we decided to change this. We created the MESAI SaaS platform, breaking down barriers and making AI accessible to any industrial company, without lengthy projects or million-dollar investments.
